Annual Pass Holder Programs

There's never been a better time to consider a golf membership!

Mountain Brook is offering two types of annual golf programs this year. Memberships are on an annual basis (January 1 - December 31) and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Annual golf programs prices listed below do not include tax (7.2%). This price includes a trail fee that allows you to use your personal cart or unlimited use of one of our carts for the duration of your membership. Annual Pass Programs are to be purchased using personal check, cashier's check, or money order only. Number of Annual Passes is limited. Contact the Head Golf Professional at Mountain Brook for more information.

Membership Plans

Par 4 Annual Pass - Great Value Membership Option

Individual: $2300 plus tax, or Couples: $3300 plus tax

Benefits Included in the Par 4 Annual Pass Program

  • Includes use of Mountain Brook Golf Club during the following times with no green fee or cart fee:
    • October 1st to April 30:  Weekdays after 12pm and Weekends after 2pm
      • Can Play on Weekends before 2pm for a $15 fee
    • May 1st to September 30:  Weekdays after 9am and Weekends after 2pm
      • Can Play on Weekends before 2pm for a $10 fee
  • Unlimited practice balls and use of ALL practice facility areas
  • 7 day advanced tee time reservations
  • Reduced green fees for up to three guests when playing with the member
  • 10% Discount in Pro Shop (discounted/sale items not included)
  • 10% Discount on food purchases at The Prospector
  • Two complimentary Guest Passes (For use weekdays after 12pm / weekends after 2pm)
    • 2 for a Individual Annual Pass; 3 for a Couples Annual Pass

Par 5 Membership - Our Most Inclusive Membership Option

Individual: $4250 plus tax, or Couples: $6350 plus tax

Benefits Included in a Par 5 Annual Pass Program

  • Unlimited and Unrestricted used of the Mountain Brook Golf Club with no greens fees or cart fees seven days a week!
  • Unlimited practice balls and use of ALL practice facility areas
  • 7 day advanced tee time reservations
  • Reduced green fees for up to three guests when playing with the member
  • Complimentary USGA Handicap through the Arizona Golf Association
  • 10% Discount in Pro Shop (discounted/sale items not included)
  • 10% Discount on food purchases at The Prospector
  • Two complimentary Guest Passes (For use weekdays after 12pm / weekends after 2pm)
    • 2 for a Individual Annual Pass; 3 for a Couples Annual Pass
